The Happiest in the World: Scandinavian success story

For more than 10 years now Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden have held leading positions as the happiest countries in the world. How is that? Are their citizens really that happy?

In her book “The Nordic Theory of Everything” Anu Partanen compares her life in Scandinavia and the US and answers these questions.

During this meeting, we'll discuss:
  • The secrets to Scandinavian happiness
  • Countries in which the “American dream” can actually be found
  • Whether you need to be extraordinary to be happy
  • What the words “freedom” and “independence” truly mean

  • Olga Gorinova
