Eastern Healing Traditions: India, China, Tibet & Thailand

This Thursday, we invite you to a session dedicated to traditional wellness practices from across the East. These systems shaped how people understood health, balance, and healing long before modern medicine appeared.

During the session, we will talk about:
  • the core ideas and history behind Eastern healing traditions;
  • how India, China, Tibet, and Thailand diagnose imbalance and illness;
  • methods of recovery and prevention: breathwork, lifestyle, movement, nutrition, energy work;
  • the role of spiritual practices;
  • which of these approaches can be meaningful today.
The format is conversational — sharing experiences, asking questions, and exploring different perspectives in a relaxed, open atmosphere.
