One Field, Many Facets: A Career Journey in Communications

Guest speaker: Liza Pislegina, who doesn't have a one‑line answer to the question “What do you do?”, will walk us through a retrospective of her 10‑year journey in communications.

PR, event management, advertising, brand management, marketing and internal communications, content, research… You can try all of this while staying in the same field. But what do these words actually mean in real life? Let's explore that through a real story of combining studies, part‑time jobs, volunteering, and internships.

During the session, we will:

find out how to try different directions to discover what truly suits you
trace the path from student life to real‑world projects
see how theory turns into practice and how one internship can lead to unexpected career turns
discuss how to embrace new things and make your life more exciting through work

Join us if you are at the start of your career path, looking for new opportunities, or simply want to look at careers from a different angle and discuss it all in English. It will be interesting for students and those already working alike.
