Decision Making: How Our Choices Shape Our Lives

Every day we make dozens of decisions some small, some life-changing. In this meeting, we’ll explore how our choices shape our lives (and sometimes the lives of others) through fun discussion and an interactive game.

Discussion questions:

• If life had an “undo” button, which decision would you change?
• What’s the best decision you’ve ever made?
• What’s a funny or strange decision you made that didn’t go as planned?
• Do you usually decide quickly or overthink everything?
• Which is harder: choosing what you want or choosing what’s right?
• Have you ever made a small decision that later changed something big in your life?
• If you could give your younger self one piece of advice about decisions, what would it be?

Interactive activity:
We’ll play a fun and creative “Balloon Debate” game. Everyone will become a famous character trapped in a sinking hot-air balloon and must convince the group why they should stay. Expect creativity, laughter, and surprising arguments!
