Kenjutsu Introduction and Practice Event
(The Way of Samurai)

This session is led by Kai, a martial arts master with over 15 years of experience practicing and teaching Kenjutsu, Ninjutsu, Jujutsu, and Kung Fu. Kai is also a depth psychoanalyst.
By combining the knowledge of psychoanalysis with authentic martial philosophy, he helps you gain a unique perspective on the profound connection between mind, body, and movement, turning this session into an inner experience far beyond just a physical exercise.
⛩ Kenjutsu is not just an ancient martial art for learning swordsmanship techniques; in its most authentic form, it is a path to inner self-discovery, self-mastery, and personal discipline.

This art teaches us how to create a deep harmony between our mind and body movements through focus and full presence in the moment.

In this event, we intend to step away from the noise and daily stress, spending an hour in complete tranquility practicing and experiencing this discipline.
What will we experience in this event?

Get ready for:
  • Familiarity with Basic Principles: Learning the correct stance, how to properly grip the sword (Bokken), and fundamental strikes.
  • Practical Training in Peace: Performing movements designed to enhance focus, balance, and mind-body coordination.
  • Exploring the Philosophy and "The Way": A discussion about the psychology hidden in this path and how this mindset can help us with daily life challenges and self-awareness.

🌿 This event is suitable for anyone seeking mental calmness alongside physical dynamism. No prior background in martial arts is required.

⚠️ Important: Please bring a wooden or plastic sword (or a stick that can be used as a bokken).
